Answer:
Generally, you can transfer balances from maximum 4 cards, but, unfortunately, you should have good credit to be eligible for a balance transfer creditcard.

Answer:
You can call the bank and tell them your credit card activation number. Another variant is to find the bank's web site and insert the activation number somewhere there. Both the phone number and the URL should be posted to you in the approval letter.

Perhaps, you mean the same as credit card details: Intro APR and Grace Period, Balance Transfer availability, Annual Fee, Cashback Bonuses and other rewards, Credit Limit, Fraud Protection and Online Account Access and Bill Payment, etc. There are also more detailed data - terms and conditions, which you can read switching to the application page.

The minimum payment is either mentioned in the terms and conditions, or is set by the bank. As there are to many Discover credit cards, we are not able to answer the question precisely.

Answer:
Probably, the information in your credit report was not full, or banks have other requirements when they work online. If it turns out that you do not get the online credit card, take a credit from a local bank and improve your credit history. Today only scores speak for you, it's the fact.

Answer:
If you are waiting for the credit card approval, it should be sent to you in 7 to 10 business days. If you mean you have already got the approval letter and need to put the activation number somewhere, the letter should include a phone number or a web site address. First, you can call the bank and activate the credit card.

Maybe, you don't have a bank account which is required to be approved for a secured credit card. Having a bank account adds to your credit score and determined the credit limit available for you.

Answer:
In fact, you have to wait for the card for up to 30 business days. Instant approval does not imply you can use the credit card just now. The approval process takes 7-10 business days. Then the bank shold print the credit card and send it to you. So you have to wait patiently even if you are in great need for it.
