In fact, you have to wait for the card for up to 30 business days. Instant approval does not imply you can use the credit card just now. The approval process takes 7-10 business days. Then the bank shold print the credit card and send it to you. So you have to wait patiently even if you are in great need for it.

If you mean you have already got the approval letter and need to put the activation number somewhere, the letter should include a phone number or a web site address.
